We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in adjusting your appointment. This is to give our wait-list clients a chance to get in. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services.
After 3 less than 24 hour notice cancellations, a 50% retainer will be required in order to book an appointment.
ANY no call/ no show appointments will automatically require a 50% deposit on scheduled services.
IF YOU ARE LATE, or running late, we reserve the right to shorten the allotted time in order to respectfully stay on time. You will STILL be charged for the full amount of the service. We will do our best to accommodate your full service IF the time allows. If we can no longer accommodate your service due to tardiness, you will still be charged the full amount.

If we find something that requires medical attention, we will postpone your appointment until it has been resolved.
Any children under the age of 12 are permitted in the salon, but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
